Delivery Information

Hoppt Australia Pty Ltd delivers products in most parts of Australia. Not all products can be delivered due to size or weight restrictions.

Pick ups are currently only available from our Prestons, NSW warehouse. Pick up times are Mon - Fri between 7am & 4pm. No pick-ups are are available on weekends or public holidays.

We cannot send to a PO Box - please contact us if you require this option.

Upon finalising your order, Hoppt Australia Pty Ltd may provide customers with multiple options for for delivery or pick-up of your items.These options given are based on the most efficient and cost effective  delivery method as calculated based on goods ordered and location. Hoppt Australia uses a variety of couriers and as such is bound by their terms and conditions for delivery. Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed.  You can request a tracking number once your item is ready for delivery - in most cases it is the same day (working days only). Please contact us for details.  

We strive to supply the most reasonable cost for the customer and would ask for your understanding when delivery conditions change.

Hoppt Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs if necessary.

Some products carry Special Delivery Conditions and may cost more than the standard site quoted rates.Please check the product description and ask us for more details if it is not clearly specified on the product.

Hoppt Australia Pty Ltd does not include insurance as part of any product purchased, this will need to be purchased separately to protect our customers from any lost goods. Hoppt Australia Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any goods lost in transit without insurance. Please contact us on sales@hoppt.com.au to purchase insurance once you have placed your order. Please document your order number in email.

Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock. No signed goods returned will be accepted as damaged in transit if signed for by with the delivery company.We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from a Hoppt Australia warehouse, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Signing the delivery note means you have received the goods and they are in good working order and take ownership for those goods. Hoppt Australia Pty Ltd will not be liable for these delivered goods once the delivery note signed.

We also offer delivery outside of Australia. All international orders are to arrange their own delivery and high priority orders are subject to delivery quotation. Please contact us directly on sales@hoppt.com.au for international orders
